Send a single email containing your up-to-date CV, a cover letter stating the position you are applying for, and copies of your diplomas and employment certificates, in a single PDF if possible. Subject: Speculative application — your name — position applied for. Without a stated position, an application cannot be routed to the right department.
Students and recent graduates, attach your CV, a letter stating the department you are aiming for — production, quality, maintenance, sales or administration —, the dates and length of the placement you are seeking, and your school’s placement request letter if it issues one. Subject: Internship request — your name — school — dates.
